On Saturday, May 20, 2023, the Baptism of Luke Robert Sauerberg took place at St. Maxim’s Chapel in Seoul. His parents Robert Sauerberg and Susan Park Seo-jeong came from America where they live to baptize their first child because the child’s mother is Orthodox. She is a member of the family of the late Father Boris Moon, and the newly enlightened Luke is his great-great-grandson.
The baptism was performed by the Korean Priests Fr. Antonios Woo and Fr. Antonios Lim. The mother’s brother, Jeremy Park Sang-hoon, was the Godfather.
We wish the parents warm congratulations and that the neophyte may become an enlightened Orthodox Christian.
