On Sunday morning, October 30, 2022, as soon as we were informed of the tragic accident that happened the previous night in the Itaewon area of Seoul, a special prayer was held at St. Nicholas Cathedral immediately after the Divine Liturgy with the participation of the entire congregation, for the rest of the souls of 156 young people who had died in this terrible accident.
The members of the Orthodox Metropolis of Korea continue to pray that God may grant healing to those who have been physically and mentally injured and also give strength and comfort to the parents and relatives of the victims of this incredible tragedy.
